None that outweigh the significant cons. Honestly nothing is good. Strictly avoid. You will be overworked, underpaid, and denied your legal rights. Be prepared to fight for your basic salary and documents. Extremely Toxic.
Cons
1. Misclassified as a "Consultant" to avoid providing statutory employee benefits. They misclassify employees. Do not sign the contract if they do this. 2. Salary consistently delayed, often paid by the 16th of the month, Variable pay is a scam designed to avoid payout. Dont fall for it. No payslips provided despite asking multiple times. They have a practice of indefinitely delaying the variable pay and firing employees before payout. 3. Illegally withheld final pay to force signing of NDA/NOC documents which are illegal and detrimental for your career if you sign them. They constantly ask you to sign new agreements citing flimsy reasons like rats damaged previous documents and water damaged previous documents. And if you ask any questions, they get really offended. 3. Extreme overtime is standard, including very early/late hours, without compensation. Neither comp off is given nor overtime pay is given when you work overtime. 4. Toxic culture with punitive deductions for minor issues like being 1 minute late. Despite working for 6 days and 9 hours, salary is deducted for taking sick leaves. Sunday is counted as an extra leave. The holidays are also restricted. Not every one can take the holiday off. 5. They do not reply to emails. They are not professional. The HR's are not professional either. Look elsewhere. This company does not value its people or follow labor laws.
