Pros

There are no pros here. Local realtors use their platform and it works well if you are a real estate agent. However, that doesn't translate the company into a nice place to work. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

Cons

They say a lot in the interviews about "team" and "opportunity" and "upward mobility". They even tempt with relatively good compensation. Then you start and it's like.. "What the hell is this?" No communication in teams, unprofessional- passive/aggressive management that would rather email than actually speak with it's employees. You know the red flags when you see job postings for the same jobs over and over again after leaving the company. I've seen the same jobs posted and know people there that say they fill jobs and then "let people go" then fill the job again but in the mean time the job stays empty and everyone else has to do the work until the managers figure out how to hire someone else. Revolving door attitude and no respect for employees. It resonates in the culture because everyone basically seems like a temp except for the dinosaur like management team that thinks they know the real estate industry but don't have a clue about how it actually works. The managers and team leads don't even have real estate licenses or ever really worked in the industry.

Pros

Great co-workers who where willing to help

Cons

Promised that there would be 50% inbound leads. There was 5%. Very difficult to get list of people to call for outbound prospecting. Less than half of the team was hitting their quota. And there was too many salespeople. Not a chance to make a living. And by the way if you don't hit your quota under these unreasonable circumstances, you will get fired.
