Great co-workers who where willing to help

Cons

Promised that there would be 50% inbound leads. There was 5%. Very difficult to get list of people to call for outbound prospecting. Less than half of the team was hitting their quota. And there was too many salespeople. Not a chance to make a living. And by the way if you don't hit your quota under these unreasonable circumstances, you will get fired.

Unlike most companies, if you are an Account Executive for Showingtime+ you will not be given a long time to learn and will not be trained well. I worked in Listing Showcase, NONE of the managers have sold the product. This was something we knew for a fact, and it became increasingly clear as more than HALF of the people I was hired with (in December 2023) are no longer with the organization. The attitude towards real estate agents is not a positive one. From working at Listing Showcase, I am 100% convinced that the high-level decision makers do not care about helping real estate agents (Showingtime's customers). The rhetoric I heard from high-level people in the org about real estate agents was shocking. They care about selling the product, and that's it.
