- colleagues are very old, many are around 50-65 - colleagues always act in slow motion - no clear reporting structure, no direct supervisor - no review of any work done - low salary - half month bonus only - atmosphere is not good, everyone work independently, little communication, relationship among colleagues are not closed even work together for many years - old style workflow, always copy by hand - no salary increment after qualified - boss is forgetful, always forget what you said and you have to repeat - no salary increment for 3 years
