Worst job I've ever had - Sales Associate SiSTeR Technologies Employee Review

The owner is very passionate about teaching his employees to succeed in what they do. I have learned a great deal in the time that I have been here and use the skills that the company has taught me.

The environment is very fast paced and can become hectic at times.

I wish I had a positive. Maybe a few of the current employees.

So many to list - starting with a company run by an owner that has no idea how to run a sales business. There is no CRM tool to use - it is run off of a google doc. No training - no ramp up time. Expectation is to come in and somehow learn everything in one day through osmosis? I could list a hundred things that are wrong here - but ill just offer this to anyone even remotely considering a position here. Turn around. Walk way. Better yet....run. The stress and time wasted are not worth it.
