      Pros

      Great team of intelligent, focused and motivated employees. Everyone is genuinely interested in the success of the business and it shows in the client satisfaction rates. I was fortunate enough to have been a part of Sia US from the beginning and am very proud at the outcome.

      Cons

      Possibly a bit more interaction with global counterparts but i'm sure that's in the works.

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice and some managers are supportive

      Cons

      Low pay and the way year-end reviews are done is ajoke. Going above and beyond at this company means having to work 5-9 after your 9-5. They expect you to have no life for measly pay. Turn over rate is high. Offices are disjointed. Leadership are having "benchmarking" contests left and right for sales. Anyway good people are leaving this company because honestly, they expect you to just grind it out without the pay of a big tier firm. Gender diversity is also seriously lacking at the top.
