Very low salary - Associate Siam Commerical Bank Employee Review

Restructuring often. False Promises. Unfair Treatment. Seriously berated and humiliated when other coworkers are able to hear and even hit on the back of the head. Have to go into the office often during covid. Have to work on holiday because of an always on mentality and this was multiple holidays. Very low salary compared to qualifications. Many internal problems. New employees with less experience coming in with better job titles but expecting me to work on the same level. Just constantly being bullied and put down. This even happens at the branches giving unrealistic targets for other employees. Making us meet clients face to face even in covid conditions.
