      Pros

      Decent money & benefits, nice facility & close to home for me. The shop & manufacturing jobs are great but the salaried positions especially for Supervisors are difficult. They did invest alot of money in new machines & upgraded the buildings nicely.

      Cons

      Terrible Upper management! There is a three year revolving door for the CEO in the Trenton location & each new CEO is worse than the other. You get NO support what so ever & there is a high turnover because of it.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
