      Pros

      Benefits were good and compensation was fair. Training opportunities were ample and furthering education was looked upon favorably.

      Cons

      It definitly felt like you were working for a large company. A good deal of decisions were made by hq which was overseas and not a lot of thought was put into how it would trickle down in the states.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
