      Pros

      All policies are great. You get unexpected bonus and voucher of amazon pay. Great great work culture. You can take retirement from Siemens. I just love it. It feels so amazing to work with this great company and best people from 2+ yrs. Flexible working hours. Management is great. HR policies such as more number of leaves as compared to other organisations. Insurance, internet reimbursement.

      Cons

      Organizational restructuring seems more frequent than other companies I’ve worked for. Constant changes in processes. In four years I’ve seen change in incentive plan twice and not for the better even though they’ll tell you it is. You can make great money in sales still. Corporate alignment of rollouts of product timeline v. actual reality in the area level.
