      Constant Corporation Changes due its strategy of acquisition and integration which provokes a lot of changes in the organization and internal conflicts of interests. This comes sometimes with aggressive deadlines or great challenges that are hard to measure.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
