Pros
Sierra Club has great benefits, from flexible hours to healthcare to parental leave. They also are largely distributed, and working remotely is great.
Cons
The current leadership team has toxic tendencies which trickle down and affect most workers. Upper leadership has an urgency culture and top down management approach that leaves most workers feeling confused and out of the loop. The Executive Director has been openly hostile with the union.
