      - flexible hours - nice people - good learning experience - decent employee discount

      Cons

      - not great cheap products that push - definitely feels very corporate, impersonal, anti-social - extremely boring if not busy (happens a lot) and feet will hurt - asked to push TJX credit cards on customers using a misleading pitch phrase -- felt slimy doing - not good communication between management and staff (esp. w/ scheduling), depended on in store bulletin board for all communication without consistency in posting each week (very difficult for part time workers) - very high turnover

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, small employee discount, provided snacks and drinks in the break room

      Cons

      Part time employees are often only scheduled one shift a week despite being available for more. Shifts are short, so this means you might only get 5 hours per week. Often, I'd only have up to 20 hours per week at most. Coworkers frequently call out, and despite not scheduling their employees much, the store isn't staffed enough.
