Significant turnover within growth team (over 30 since 2022 including Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, BD, Operations (they lead recompetes). Minimal to no new business in two years. Consistently losing recompetes. A non-existent CEO who spends his time in Miami on his boat (I saw him only twice in one year and he provides no leadership, he defers to his team 100%). Loss of direction and reputation. A pricing team that consistently cannot be within competitive range even when provided PTW.
