Pros

Having dedicated seven years of my professional life to the Company, I can confidently say that it is an exemplary workplace in every aspect. One of the most commendable aspects of the Company is its unwavering commitment to employee development and satisfaction. Throughout my tenure, I have been provided with numerous opportunities for growth, whether through training programs, mentorship initiatives, or challenging projects that have allowed me to expand my skill set and reach new heights in my career.

Cons

While the company excels in many areas, there are a few minor areas for improvement that could further enhance the overall employee experience. One aspect that could be refined is the implementation of more streamlined processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce bureaucratic hurdles. Additionally, investing in additional resources or personnel in certain departments could alleviate workload pressures and ensure that employees have the support they need to thrive in their roles.

Pros

* The work is challenging--in a good way--and I have learned a lot about operating systems and virtualization in an embedded environment. * Sierraware is a fast-paced, engineering-driven company

Cons

* Employees must work long hours before product releases. However, working long hours is to be expected in startups.

Pros

Relatively new technlogy (virtualization and TEE). So can learn a lot (on your own, there is no mentor figure in the company expect for one or two)

Cons

Management is useless. They expect people fresh out of undergrad to develop systems. There is no training whatsoever and the requirements are vague. Employees are treated just as resources literally. No basic infrastructure. Management doesn't even provide a basic working environment for employees. No health benefits or any other benefits. Employee's contribution is measured on the number of hours worked which is stupid.
