Pros
- Some of the people that work here are amazing - Reliable product in a strong industry.....no worries about company/startup not existing
Cons
- Management - No ability to grow, people get promoted with new titles and a mediocre pay bump for the same set of responsibilities. President of the company is a micro manager of all aspects and does not allow and shoots down any ideas unless it lines up with his ideal - No one respects the president/founder of the company - Promote a "collaborative" environment, but really just a way to get everyone back to the office to stare at each other in silence
