Cons

Work life balance is an ongoing challenge During projects, no work life balance The work culture is known to be hectic but it comes with pressure Work life balance is pathetic, leadership doesn't have long term vision for the company Extended working hours during weekends

Pros

Are you kidding me? Seriously You asking me for Pros?🤣

Cons

This company is an absolute nightmare! They demand you work around the clock without a single word of objection, yet they have the audacity to kick you to the curb at any moment, contract or not. They couldn't care less about their employees! It's a cesspool of incompetence and toxicity. The so-called management, if you can call them that, will gladly screw you over by withholding your hard-earned pay, axing you from your role without warning, and completely ghosting you when you try to reach out. Politics runs rampant, making it impossible to succeed. They're infamous for their heartless treatment of employees. For Sigitek, victory is screwing over their employees by holding their pay hostage, firing them without cause, and ignoring any attempts at communication. Stay far away from this sinking ship! Don't even think about joining unless you're looking for a one-way ticket to misery. And watch out for that conniving "assistant" to the CEO! #SoCalledStartup #UselessManagement
