Pros
- Everyone on the same team, no internal competition, may change as territories shrink due to GTM team growth - Give you everything you need to do your job successfully, middle management leans in and coaches as needed, steps off if you're all good - Perks are sick, competitive pay and free food - Great PMF and wide TAM, everyone that uses Sigma goes nuts for it
Cons
- Was impacted by RIF despite overperforming, no reasoning behind it, comes with the territory though - High intensity work culture but if you're in tech sales that should be expected - The new pivot to AI apps is bold and puts them in considerable risk now having to go up against companies that have been, currently are, and will continue to do it better than Sigma
