Worst experience ever - Management Trainee Sigma Consultancy Services Employee Review

I've worked here for few weeks and i didn't find the work culture suitable at all. I worked above and beyond my pay grade and yet wasn't appreciated. Their unprofessional behaviour extended to poor communication on my resignation and they have not once replied to my mails or calls. My dues are still pending from their side. This shows how much this company values employees
