Pros

Work life balance Benefits Core values People are generally great to work with Huge variety of very different projects If you like learning new skills and expand the ones that you have already this is a good place to do that.

Cons

Poor management structure. Management doesn't actively listen. If you bring up issues even with solutions it just ends up with you being thought of as a trouble maker. The people that took the company from 10 people to 50 people are not necessarily the people that can manage the company of 300 people and more Middle management in Engineering have not set up the group for success. Engineering is what the whole company is built around, and as that group is very poorly structured it causes issues across the company. Core Values of the company are followed by all except the management.

Pros

100% of the health benefits paid will be used to pay for the emotional and psychological damages that happen at this job(s).

Cons

Managers will use you until you break. Their so-called “Core Values” are nothing but a cult. They demand you live and breathe them, and when you exceed their expectations, you get no reward—just a higher bar set as your new normal. Management gets away with sexual harassment. Their “solution” isn’t accountability—it’s sticking another woman in the room instead of removing the offender. Your job becomes your entire life. Work your contracted 8 hours and HR will drag you into a “conversation.” HR itself is a complete joke. There’s no real career growth here. Promotions, bonuses, and recognition are reserved only for the inner-circle “Sigma family.” Think pyramid scheme: they take the rewards while you burn yourself out—mentally and physically. If you value your health and sanity, hear this clearly: unless you want a nervous breakdown, a heart attack, or long-term disability, do not apply.
