Good learning opportunities, most of the employees and colleagues are helpful and really great for learning industries new technologies
Cons
lacks process in work, often non tech persons are assigned to manage technical teams leading to less productivity and unhappier teams, technical persons doing most of work are often less paid than and often you will be expected to work late nights and weekends without compensation even if you get comp-off you will not be able to take it peacefully.
