Great work place, flexible with your schedule, the boss is a people person and focuses on happy employees, great wages, excellent customer service, free snacks, people are so helpful when you have questions, Managing Director is so easy to reach, although there is not a mentor/mentee program, all of your coworkers want you to succeed and is willing to train you, or teach you business skills to make you successful in the company as well as outside the company on a business and personal level. Overall awesome place to work!
Cons
Business is growing and we just need a bigger office. Other than this, there are no cons on a day to day basis.
