If, for any reason, that isn’t possible, providing detailed feedback is essential so candidates receive at least some return on their time investment. And if the company couldn't analyze the test assignment, the recruiter should at least make an effort to appear as though the task was reviewed and offer some kind of feedback. Such details speak far more about a company’s professionalism and approach than any self-praising statements in job postings or public communications.
