Strong leadership from the President to the VP of Sales and Operations. They hire good people and give them the autonomy to do their job. Large business run like a family-owned company. Highly reccomend

The IT infrastructure isn't what you may expect for this size company.

Very friendly work environment when it comes to your colleagues. Lots of parking. Variety of snacks in the kitchen.

The managements seems to forget their employees are not their estranged ex wives or kids. There is no sense of loyalty and the management takes full advantage of NJ’s at will regulations. Very limited training.
