Pros

Lot of wonderful employees. At the team level, you will meet a diverse wonderful workforce.

Cons

No loyalty, have seen current C-suite push out many good leaders, term with no cause, make false promises, all for their greed. They don’t care about their people they will stab them in the back for a $.

Bouncing around from function to function constantly makes it difficult to master anything but that is more to do with

Culture is stand out, they invest a lot into training their new hires

Cons

If you don't negotiate your onboarding pay well, you will have to get a promotion if you want to make more than new people in your role
