Pros
Warm and friendly environment. I can't speak for the other departments, but in the support team, everyone feels like family, including management. They care about you and your ambitions and take care of your needs as they arise. There's lots of opportunity for growth within the company--it feels like people are constantly moving on to other departments that interest them. The company will happily provide you anything you need to do your job effectively. You are rarely overworked here, and on especially busy weeks, management will do something nice like buy lunch for the team. Management will go to bat for you.
Cons
Pay is the biggest issue across the board, and it's felt especially sharply by the people in the Seattle office. The ample opportunities for career advancement do not come with a commensurate increase in pay. Expect to see $500 raises to your yearly salary during the spring review, unless the company has an especially strong year (not that I've heard of that ever happening). Even the people towards the top of the company just aren't making that much money. Overt nepotism drives a lot of hiring and advancement decisions. It can be frustrating, especially when it forces you to work with incompetent people in high-level positions.
