Pros

The Quality of Product is Top Notch. Capable of customizations that "sign companies" cannot compete with. Quality control is excellent. They manufacture, Permit & Install anywhere in the U.S. They Care about the outcome and about people; from their employees to the Customers they supply. Honest Men who always try to do the right thing. If there are mistakes they are willing to make the extra effort to make things right.

Cons

There have been some bumps along the trail during a lot of growing pains where production and project management has fallen behind. That has made for a difficult environment at times internally and has left some customers angry. For all of that they have always made an extra effort to compensate for their mistakes.

Pros

I love the people I work with. Everyone works together to help one another. Cross training into different departments to help each person have a better understanding of how the products are made. Super friendly people who work along side of you. Everyone cares about the quality of product we are putting out. Growing steadily.

Cons

As the company grows, there are growing pains that every company experiences. Not uncommon.

Pros

Good work/life balance - understanding to life and family issues. Growing company with possible potential if can work out problems. Atmosphere is pretty open and fun. Great place to start, or as a first job.

Cons

Two owners/managers - one “runs” the business while the other just lets him get his way, even when other doesn’t agree. One has family working there and they get away with things other employees don’t. Favoritism runs big especially with family. No insurance despite company growth and profit. Says too expensive, yet owners go on trips to Cancun, Bonaire and Las Vegas. Conflicting information from management leads to confusion with employees and what is told to customers. No organization anywhere in company - projects completed out of order or as the project managers feel they need to be pushed through. 19/20 year olds left to run things with no experience in their job or management.
