These people really believe that people is their greatest asset. So much effort has been put into improving culture and making it fun, meaningful. It doesn't necessarily pay the highest, but money isn't everything. The team is great and the people are fun to work with. In this new era.. it really feels like they try.

Cons

Although the benefits are good. The pay is average.

Amazing team of smart, supportive people who truly care about the work and each other. Leadership is solid and approachable, creating an environment where ideas are heard and good work gets recognized. It’s been great to see so many people here grow and advance in their careers. The product is genuinely strong and something to be proud of. Overall, it’s a place where you feel valued and know the work you do makes an impact.

Co workers. AI tools. Best in class

Literally everything else No career growth No educational opportunities. They brag about “campus” but that IT product training. Incredibly toxic Constant change, which is sometimes good. Inside politics Conservative company Tight with money. will invest in some technology, but not people Marketing Team as big as the sales team with very little results to show Poor implementation Poor support Crappy culture Poor communication Bad alignment Siloed departments
