      Pros

      Generally a laid back atmosphere. Lenient on time off. Medical and Dental. Employees are nice.

      Cons

      Managers tend to have a "Do as I say not as I do attitude". Not sure what the companies long term plan is. Owner doesn't seem to have an idea of what's going on day to day but acts as if he does.

      Pros

      The people that work at this company are some of the best and finest people you will ever meet. The culture is generally laid back.

      Cons

      Management can be a little confusing and the tasks aren't fully hammered out into a system. Too focused on the wrong aspects of what a business should be.
