You can go in early stay late does not matter. You will no be compisated for it. You will have to always send multpile reports of the same kind to mutliple people daily. Alot of repedative things daily that consume alot of time away from the focus of your office. Reports reports reports. I put alot of time, love, pride and effort into my office which I soley did by myself, was under appreciated blown off at times when I would reach out to my person to call me or text me back, sometimes I would not even get a response. Lets just say there are a few good ones at SDP, and some that are are ugghh. But what I did I did myself no one else making those calls, putting those patinets on the schedule, collecting that money, making sure that schedule was full, bringing patinets in that did not want to come back in after a bad experience. I did that. Alot of hard work that was under valued. I made the patinets fell heard and comfortable they were tired of the turn over and inconsistency. But this review is based off of my experince at SDP not to say other have or fell them same way. Also do not expect to get you last paycheck to be a full pay check . If you have UPTO acguired like I said they do not care you will not get it. If you like a big DSO corporate that under values your worth this is the place for you. If you want to put eveything into an practice and get nothing in return than SDP may be your place. There is always going to be someone else to take your place when you are just a number. But that someone will not be as good as you. I keep it real and do not have to be ashamed of what I have done for them it should be heard and valued and known that my shoes are going to be hard to fill.
