Typical SNF corporate therapy world (not great) - Physical Therapist Signature HealthCARE Employee Review

Pros

Paid well for a rural area. Got a 3% raise during COVID pandemic.

Cons

Typical SNF corporate attitude. 0 PTO carryover into new year until the month I was leaving. No sick leave. Only PTO accrual. No 401k match. Company owned insurance called BAS that claims to be accepted everywhere but is often questioned and a pain for other providers. They’re incessantly harping on productivity and improving documentation while maintaining their 88% productivity for evaluating therapists. “Fix all these GGs, add more details to these areas of documentation, be more productive at the same time.” Doesn’t make logical sense when you are actually in the floor working and not behind a desk. No true incentive for meeting their difficult standards. Rarely compliment, always offering criticism, often without constructive guidance. All these SNF corporations do not understand how to show their value in their employees while simultaneously attempting to improve their profit margins, and reducing our pay and benefits.
