Pros

The work itself is easy and rarely stressful. Casual dress.

Cons

This business runs on ancient methods, creativity and edge are discouraged. Multiple bounced paychecks. Employees are unhappy and it can be felt. Below average salaries. No money is invested in training. Broken verbal agreements (initiatives, promotions). Place smells. They don't even have coffee.

Pros

If you work, you will advance. You are not micromanaged and you can talk to Senior Management about your ideas on how to grow / gain more business. If you have an idea, they will listen. If you perform, you will advance. Great environment

Cons

A few of the employees have the entitled attitude (most have left thank goodness), it is annoying when people think they do not have to work to get paid.

Pros

The employees. There are a number of really great people to work with at Signature/Trelize/xAmplifier. The VP in technology working miracles to keep outdated equipment and systems running as smoothly as possible and being accessible at all hours when an issue comes up.

Cons

**No leadership from top management. **Unethical business practices - i.e. not paying employees correctly or on time, over billing clients "by accident", not paying health insurance premiums resulting in health insurance cancellations to name a few. **An "unknown" tier system on who gets paid and when vs actual pay date. It is always the banks fault. No matter which bank is being used. **Minimal benefits package. **Misleading new employment candidates and clients by indicating there are more employees to handle the work load than are actually available. ** In the last year approximately 12 employees from technology, customer service, marketing, accounting have resigned as a result of dissatisfaction with the company. This is a small company of approximately 20 - 25 full time employees so a loss of that many employees in a short time frame speaks volumes. ** Outdated equipment and systems resulting in regular breakdown, loss of internet and phone accessibility. **Changing or denying policies that were verbally agreed upon.
