Pros

-You can have a record and work here including ankle monitors. -You can fall asleep at your job and not get fired, if you do re-apply and get job back in a week. -You can be and say sexist things in front of everyone. -You can play with a woman's hair in a creepy manner and not get in trouble! -You can miss all the days you want and not get fired. -and so on...

Cons

This is the worst job ever BEWARE!!! Aside from the low pay and unprofessional management that turns their back on people who commit sexual assault but the quality of both product and personnel is unbelievable!!! 1st shift gets perks like food trucks and overtime as 2nd shift has hours cut and only 20 minute lunch breaks per 10 hour shifts, I let them know it was wrong and not only was I lied too by not 1 but 2 office personal but called a 'whiney little b$&*#' to my face for making a simple complaint. There are 10 reasons I left that lame job and I have taken over 50 photos of my issues inside that place for proof. They rehire people they fire all the time (not a joke). I can go on and on but I'm just going to top here, don't take my word for it apply or PM me if you need more info, WORST FACTORY EVER !!!! see the pics... WoW

Pros

This is the best place to work in the area! The hours are great and the way they treat their employees is exceptional! You get your birthday off as well as holidays. The pay is pretty good as well as the benefits, too. Believe me, I've had my fair share of jobs and I absolutely LOVE working at Signcraft.

Cons

Nothing is bad about this place.

Pros

You can listen to headphones while you work.

Cons

Bad management, very little opportunity for advancement, raises are a joke, nepotism, favoritism.
