The management is so poor that the company sufferers from a massive lack of communication. Nothing is shared freely or help is something you never ask for because it will be held against you in any review or advancement opportunity. This is a place where if you want to succeed you lie about the things you got done and you are promoted as long as you take good people down while you lift yourself up like the current management does.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
