Pros
Some colleagues are good because they share the same misery as you but not all of them!
Cons
- Every one is a slave here or that's what upper management thinks - No limit on working hours, you are available no wait. you HAVE to be available 24x7 every day of the week - Sundays are for meetings apparently - Notice periods are held back and people do not even get the final date - Upper management openly degrades employees - No concept of holidays, no concept of personal time. You get a call from anyone at anytime - Mental health degradation is real here - Ego filled baboons- that's how I will term the upper management
