After starting at Siguler Guff over a year ago, I have truly learned what going to work happy feels like. I have worked at previous employers where you are just a number, not recognized by your work and mistreated by management and coworkers. At Siguler Guff, the team dynamic is energizing to be apart of. Every member has the willingness to help tasks, projects and electronic systems on a daily basis. The accountability, motivation and support has changed my way of life when trying to succeed goals. Teammates and management are positive, says thank you endlessly for working hard and gives you recognition for projects and tasks you have accomplished. It feels good knowing I have found a place to continue to learn, grow and develop, especially because everyone generally cares about each other. The work culture is enjoyable because you are able to interact with all different departments and there are many company outings throughout the year. Siguler Guff makes me feel like I have a positive purpose in life and would recommend the opportunity to work here for anyone.

Not being told ahead of time when getting out early for holidays. Would help with travel arrangements.
