Pros
The payment used to be bang on time, visited places at a very young age & learned to cook.
Cons
1. There is a bond of 4.5 yrs which you got to serve (as they make you sign a bond) but if they don't want you they will definitely throw you out like a banana peel which happened with most of the employees as the company is in a bad shape. 2. The increment for (juniors) is based on the review system which can be explained with a perfect example. They give you a training about how to ride a bicycle for 5 days or more may be through ppt, excel sheets, tutorials but will not give you bicycle to ride by yourself , instead they will provide you with a handcart which you carry for an entire year or two, & then in the review they will ask you everything about the same bicycle which you haven't even touched & would say you don't know anything about a bicycle & we were about to give you an Audi. one of my colleague went into depression after such a review that he finished an entire gold flake packet after his review because they make you realize that you are so inferior & know nothing not only about engineering but anything & everything. 3. If you get a good project (which is a rarity) then you are damn lucky but if you cant make an impression early you would be stuck up with the same boring projects may be for your entire bond period even if you try harder you cant make another impression on anyone. 4. For new joiners there is feeling that you might get a good post, good salary etc etc but while joining please keep your hopes at bay. 5. Indulgence in personal matters are more by the seniors, which may even affect on the assignments that you will get. 6. While giving an interview elsewhere you will have to give an ample amount of explanations & lies about what you did in sikraft (because the truth is that you might have done nothing all). & a job is hard to get after serving in sikraft. 7. I personally regret that i wasted my time there, I would have done something better instead.
