      Good Benefits Numerous operations in the area (don't run the same thing everyday) 12hr shifts (2 days on, 2 days off) Shift Differential Family Fun Day events Bonus Payout Holiday Meals at work Christmas Gift Above and Beyond program (people can give points that you can use to buy items online)

      Cons

      No hazard pay for working in acid rooms CNC operators make more and work less Layoff happened
