Pros
Free lunch, vacation, sick, personal time, desserts for birthdays monthly, financial management through Fidelity, some comradery, good starting pay.
Cons
Some customers snippy, that comes with all customer service work though. All is done over a phone using a rather uncomfortable earpiece, sitting in the same seat, saying the same thing taking about 150 calls a day - 120 when it's slow and 170 when it's busy. They tell you when you're hiring you can cross train, but it's into one other department only, and there's not any other growth unless someone leaves. They offer tuition reimbursement but don't have any direct information to offer besides the thought. Maternity leave is poor with low payments a week and the need to pay time and insurance back should you not schedule it accordingly and choose to return after your leave is over.
