      Stable company with bonus every quarter and AWS

      Too many old employees, suitable for retirement only. No career advancement and little increment.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
