      I was able to work with my hands and design and build a support system to support the FAB equipment.

      Cons

      Not all projects were as hands on. It really depended on what you wanted to get involved in.

      Helpful/ friendly coworkers, great work life balance

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
