      Pros

      Always projects to work on and nice people to talk with. Projects align well with interests and make the intern feel important. Hours for engineering intern are fairly lenient.

      Cons

      Pay is a little low for the amount of work expected. No benefits/paid leave.

      Pros

      Did not micromanage interns, gave interns a lot of independence with real projects that were not just busy work.

      Cons

      Pay was very little, did not offer sick time off, got COVID from work and had to take a week off and had to take it unpaid. No PTO either for interns.
