Pros
Many hats, you would participate in the running of a real airline; many responsibilities and chances to shine
Cons
Very few survive a full year-or two. No matter how you shine you would probably not get a raise, or you will get a raise and then be fired in two months. Unsteady environment. Seeing other departments let go people left and right deteriorates the spirit.
