low pay, low raise, no bonus, not any room to grow/move up

I enjoyed working with some colleagues, but not all. I enjoyed interacting with our employees each day.

Culture is horrible. You would think Human Resources would have better management, however, we didn’t. We were not supported but told to show support to our employees.
