If you like confusion and empty promises, you'll fit right in here. The place is toxic and all over the place once you actually get into it. Leadership, including the CEO and managers, makes a lot of promises that just don't happen, so it's hard to trust anything. There's clear favoritism, and it matters more who you side with than how well you actually do your job. Meetings keep getting added, even late in the day, and you're expected to just deal with it. Layoffs can happen out of nowhere, while money still gets spent on things that don't really help. Vendors go unpaid and employees end up handling the mess. It's stressful, disorganized, and just not a stable place to be. Please think twice before joining.
