- Denied payrises despite client performance, along with wages way below the market averages (though they will they say they are aligned, however, they are not.
Instead staff are instructed to battle it out for 'bar raiser points' which might equate to a small scale bonus. There is even a public leader board of every member of staff in the agency so that you can see who is delivering outside of what they are paid / hired to do. Everything is a push for you to deliver far more than they are underpaying you to do unfortunately.
- Whilst role and financial progression is declined for lower members of the team, members of the Senior Management received multiple pay rises and promotions in very short spaces of time.
- Delivery teams are stretched to the max, with multiple instances of long-term sickness due to stress and situations created by the business. Clients suffer as a result of this, which then comes back on the delivery team. Each month they are rated out of 5 by their manager, with 1 and 2 being underperforming. Based on a client's sentiment you can be marked as underperforming, despite the very clear issues with the company's own systems creating this issue, not the member of staff in question.
- HR is far from impartial and there to serve only the business. Feedback is requested from the team - then glossed over / ignored entirely, leading to the team no longer even bothering to submit feedback.
- Multiple complaints were made about Senior management, all of which were outright ignored. These included management breaking the businesses own management and conduct.
- Senior management is highly paid, with very little competence. As an affiliate agency, Senior Management is almost entirely devoid of experience within this field. Therefore when clients share frustrations, there is little they can do to assist other than come down on the delivery teams and demand updates, or WIP docs. This incredibly lack of knowledge is clear to both the delivery teams and the clients
