Terrible management - Content Specialist Silvercloud Employee Review

Thank you for your contributions to SilverCloud and we appreciate your feedback. SilverCloud has made numerous accommodations during the COVID-19 pandemic following state/federal guidelines including offering remote work for the safety and well-being of our employees. On Monday, March 16th we quickly pivoted our entire workforce to remote. This included new hardware and software for a large majority of our staff to ensure they could work in the safety of their homes. In early June, we slowly opened the office back up to employees that wished to return to the office. We hired a cleaning company to come through the office twice a day and also invested in cleaning supplies, masks, and other safety precautions. To date, about 50% of our staff continues to work from home and will continue to do so until they are comfortable returning. SilverCloud prides itself on culture, collaboration, and celebrating our shared successes. This includes events (in-person and virtual) that promote team bonding, employee appreciation, and simply taking a break from day-to-day work to just be people. We value our coworkers and strongly encourage all of our employees to speak to their managers, other managers, and HR as we know that the best ideas often come from the people on the front line.
