There is an earlier review on my behalf , but that’s not me.
But here is my review- the core culture of the company is tough to survive by employees in senior and leadership roles. (That’s why they have a great portfolio of ex-employees) ;)
During my notice period, one of the co-founders proudly mentioned, "I have a habit of changing the core team with important roles every 3 years," which I found ironic and concerning. This reflects a lack of trust, and deep-rooted cultural issue which needs to be addressed.
The company constantly hire but struggle to attract new talent in senior roles, often rehiring former employees for such positions.
Leadership lacks strong, independent individuals in key and sensitive roles
Those who become stronger either leave on their own or are subtly pushed out due to internal politics. some of the core leadership is insecure and they relies heavily on flattery.
You don't realize or face such issues until you get into leadership roles.
In my case, as I said it was all good until I was learning and performing, but the problem occurred when I started getting little attention internally and externally , which didn’t go well with the oldies in the room, and they initiated politics (malicious and insensitive Rumours) against me. However, the CEO trusted them eventually changing his perspective towards me for important decisions.
There’s a fatigue with key senior employees in leadership who start becoming stronger in their roles. (except a few who have started their career here and will retire from here) ;)
