I worked at Silversands for 8 years in a customer facing and administrative role. A great place to work and management was incredibly supportive when I had serious health issues which meant I couldn’t work for a long time. I had a carefully planned return to work and they made changes to my role to accommodate my illness. The company provided Long Term Sickness benefit and this meant I didn’t have financial worries that would have added to the difficulties of my situation. None of us expect to be seriously ill and I have no doubt the personal and financial support I received from Silversands helped me make the best recovery possible. Throughout my time at Silversands colleagues were friendly and helpful and I loved the social side with many activities organised and paid for by the company. The office is spacious and the many rest and breakout areas, and staff club room as well, give you space to take a break.
It is no surprise that Silversands has many long-serving employees; it is a good place to work; great staff and great customers.

None - in a long career this is the best place I ever worked and I made lifelong friends.
