      Constant Monitoring. they want you to keep webcam on all the time. No Respect to privacy of other employees. Stressful job. Low Salary. No proper training

      Great experience to work here with a wonderful group of people! They value their employees and treat you like family.

      Cons

      Can't think of one right now. Maybe a little more organization on the technical side but barely needed due to great team and communication.
